We are NOT part of Seal Bay Resort- we are on a private road.
PLEASE BRING your own towels and bedding ( sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers)
We can provide a double duvet, 2 single duvets and pillows
Memory foam mattress toppers on all beds for extra comfort.

Built-in Calor gas double oven & grill with microwave above.
Inset four ring Calor gas hob with extractor canopy above.
Integrated upright fridge/freezer
Toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils etc
Oven gloves, tea towel, kitchen towel, washing up liquid and cloth provided.
Tea, coffee and milk to start your holiday :)

LIVING ROOM has a sofa bed and 2 arm chairs. TV and DVD player
The sofa bed has a single mattress topper ( stored under double bed)
This is intended to be used as a single bed as it is under 4ft wide.
Board games, books, jigsaw puzzles and puzzle board

Narrow hallway has built-in cupboard housing a wall mounted Calor gas boiler supplying central heating and domestic hot water

BEDROOM 1 has a 4ft 6" double bed with a memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort.
The double bed lifts up for extra storage. You will find mattress topper and duvet/pillows for the sofa bed here if required.

BEDROOM 2 has a 3ft single bed with memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort.

BATHROOM
White panelled bath.

SEPARATE WC
White low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin.

SHOWER ROOM
White double shower cubicle with mains fed shower, low level WC and wash hand basin in vanity unit.

Guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels

Travel cot available and booster seat that attaches to a chair if requested
As we own the plot we are not part of Bunn Leisure though you can use the Oasis Leisure pool/gym at your own expense.

Sea Breeze does not permit smoking inside or outside the property.

Walking into Selsey High Street takes around 15-20 mins. There you will find places to eat, take aways and a variety of shops.
We have a folder that will have menus and leaflets showing places of interest to eat out and visit in the local area.
Also it gives you information about Sea Breeze and how appliances etc work.
Walking to the nearest beach takes approx 12 mins (0.6 miles)

I am married to Alistair and we have lived in Selsey for 30 years. We love the area and enjoy beach life.
