The room is in the basement of a bi-level detached house with a private 4-piece bathroom. The room is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a google home mini speaker (with Spotify). The access to CraveTV is also provided. The location is the area of Crestview, just a 15-minute walk to Unicity Shopping Center on Portage avenue and a 15-minute drive from/ to the airport. There are direct bus routes to downtown, Polo Park Mall and Grace Hospital.
