We are also frequent travellers. In one of our travels, we enjoyed our AirBnB experience, the practical way to travel at a cheaper price than hotels. This saves us a lot of money and can travel even more.

Our units are all in Aspira Tower 1 owned by Ayala Land. Located in the heart of the city- Ramon Chavez Street, Barangay 30, Cagayan de Oro City. Nearby are big malls like Ayala Centrio, Gaisano, SM Downtown and Lim Ket Kai Center. It is also near to churches. Divisoria and Cogon Market are just walking distance.

Each unit has high speed WIFI with smart TV and Netflix. Each unit also has a functional kitchen complete with basic needs for cooking.

Our condo Tower is safe with security guards and friendly staff.

Outside the condo are food outlets, laundry shops, 24/7 convenience stores and bars.

Amenities, gym and swimming pool are not yet available. Ayala is still constructing the 2nd tower to be followed by the big pool.
However, Tower1 is already fully functional.

I have an assistant who will readily assist you upon check in and check out. She can also respond to guests’ requests and queries.
