There is also a private beach gate that leads to the ocean from the property.

Residing on a professionally landscaped 3/4 acre with lush perennials, the property features a main house, a guest house and a pool house. The main house offers a bright living room with a wood burning fireplace and breakfast nook, a well-equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops, custom cabinets, luxurious finishes and fixtures, a formal dining room, as well as a fantastic wet bar with a black quartz counter. In the butlers pantry off the kitchen int he main house is also a Miele washer/dryer. On the second floor is a library complete with French doors opening to an oversized deck. Four bedrooms, including a master featuring ocean views, a fireplace, lounge area, custom walk-in closet, and even a private balcony, and four and a half baths finish the main house. Entertain friends and family in the screened-in dining porch with a wood burning fireplace and in the generous saltwater pool. The basement has a LG washer/dryer available.

The guest house has two additional rooms and the pool house, which has a full basement, contains two rooms, and a Speed Queen washer/dryer as well.
