This bright contemporary house is set back on a quiet street two blocks from Clearwater Beach and only a few miles to East Hampton and Amagansett Villages. The front entrance introduces the expansive living room which is has beaming natural light entering from the gorgeous backyard area. The one level layout provides open and bright living with three bedrooms and two baths. There is the dining area right off the kitchen and a large lounge area occupying the main living space. There are four glass sliders on the back side of the house which lead to the over-sized decking surrounded by extravagant landscaping. The heated pool area is nothing short of a private oasis that is picture perfect. The mature landscaping and 20x40 pool command all of the attention from the deck.

- Renters are required to pay for the propane that they use during their stay. Propane is used to heat the pool, hot water heater, and the stove.
- All renters must commit to the following holdover agreement: The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that they are taking possession of the Property for a short-term lease and that it is important that they vacate at the end of the lease term. As such, Tenant agrees that should Tenant hold over for any reason, or for no reason, and fail to vacate the Property by the expiration date of this Lease Agreement, then and in that event, the Landlord’s damages will be impossible to calculate,
and as such Tenant agrees that as Liquidated Damages, they will pay the amount of $2500 per day for every day the Tenant holds over after the termination date of the Lease.
