It has infant bed, crib and bassinet too. It has 2 high chairs . It has 15 feet water falls , and has swimming pool that is so amazing. It has putting green too. It has billiard table it has out door fireplace that could be used even on summertime on grilling marshmallows.
Take note : please read carefully : the Villa has 7 beds ( 2 California King, 2 Queens, 2 Full , 1 single) 4 large sofa beds , 2 medium sofa beds , 2 futons , 1 infants bed, 1 crib and 1 bassinet. Please read before booking.

The neighborhood is an older community and it’s a former military housing 60 years ago. Their houses are simple but they are original and have been living there for so many years. They are very friendly and it is a safe neighborhood. We are like family and we watch each other’s back, zero crime in the area. The Villa is a walking distance to many chains store such as; Teriyaki Bowl, Panda Express Subway , so much more to mention and a mexican grocery store. It is also a walking distance to Lucky Club Hotel & Casino where you can enjoy an unbelievable awesome steak and lobster dinner. If you like burgers there is a delicious Burger hut right across the street as well as a small grocery market and 7-11 all within walking distance! The property is down the street from CSN. The property is down the street from the I15 freeway.

There is Huge Storage that was use to keep linens, towels and all needed for the guests in one side of the Villa, but it has its own fence, gate and entrance. Nobody live in the store Room , because it has no beds nor kitchen , whats inside are, 2 washing machine 2 dryers, 1 sewing machine one computer and desk, small table, microwave and 4 chairs. It was totally separated in the main house, all owner's staffs like maids, book keeper, tailor and the property manager that do the inventory take turn on going inside to do their job. But they can never never go inside the Villa. You have you 100% privacy on your whole stay. They will never disturb you. They have nothing to do with your booking. So if you need something . please send messages directly to the owner or to her Personal Assistant.
