A great location, a perfect home. I put this property as a vacation rental as it is so convenient for tourists. I love Orlando's sunshine especially in winter time, like Soaring around the World and Soaring over the Horizon at Epcot and enjoy natural environment, Wildlife conservation in Animal Kingdom. Hope you would have a beautiful time in Orlando, too. I also would like to service you with honesty and diligence. Your happiness and joy is I always look forward to.

1. Check-in time is 4:00 pm (or later ) and Check-out time is 10:00 am (or earlier). Upon check-in, Guest should take a look at the general condition of the items in the property. We provide a list of items inside the property. Guest should notify the Owner about any discrepancy within 24 hours of their Check-in. Guest's liability is not limited to the Security Deposit, but shall be equal to the actual cost of repairing any damages. Any damage that occurs to the property and any items must be reported by Guest prior to departure.  Guest should take all their personal items with them upon Check-out from the property. Please lock automobiles park space in Cane Island. The Owner is not responsible for any damage or theft of your automobile or belongings inside. Owner is not responsible for any loss.
3. The Guest is not allowed to sub-lease. The rental charges are based on booking. In no case should guest bring any additional person for overnight stay. The property is available in the base of booked days. Any additional stay without authorization will be evicted or Guest shall be charged a penalty that is 5 times of the regular applicable rent . Check-out time is 10:00 am, any delay that results to the clean of rental is unable to be completed timely, the next guest is unable to check in, shall be charged a penalty that is 5 times of the regular applicable rent.
4. Pets are not allowed in the condo
5. The Air conditioning setting temperature is not allowed lower than 72 degrees, otherwise, guest will be for the repair fee.
6.This Agreement can be terminated by the Owner at its sole discretion if guest violate the rules and above clause and following conditions occur:
Guest provides incorrect or untrue information about their identity or about the total number of persons that will be staying during their stay at the time of reservation inquiry or in any rental related communication with the Owner, disturb neighbour by breaching condition of quiet enjoyment and makes alteration to the door lock or changes Access property without clear confirmation from Owner.
7.Guests are fully aware that they alone are responsible for their safety inside the property. For any law and order situation or medical emergency or upon any safety concern, guests are advised to call Police at 911 instead of relying on Owner. The Guest indemnifies to hold Owner harmless for any or all grievances or damages caused by any third party.
8. Ant and other bugs/insects are a part of life living in FL to minimize them, General pest control services quarterly. If there is any live one seen in the unit, Please inform host, the service of pest control will be provided soon.
9. Smoke is not allowed inside. Otherwise, Fine $200-$800
10.The property is stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. there are certain items that you will have to provide for yourself. As a convenience, we supply kitchen paper, toilet paper, shampoo, body washer, soft hand washer, etc. This is a minimal supply and will only be enough to get you started until you have time to visit the grocery store.
11. Cane Island resident parking lot which is directly in front of build whereas guest parking lot is opposite of resident's. The car with parking tag could be on resident lot. one parking tag will be provided inside of the property. The cars without parking tag only could park on guest lot. Please keep parking tag well and put them back to the original place. $60 should be compensated if missing/damaging parking tag
