There is only 1 TV in the basement and it is located in the living room. The TV has a fire stick with Disney+ and Amazon prime, a DVD/VCR player and a WII U with many games. There are several bookshelves; one with board games, one with books, one with DVD's and one with VHS tapes! There is a cabinet full of toys in the 2nd bedroom, a basket with notebook paper, pens, pencils, crayons and coloring books in the living room closet and another basket with toiletries like shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and kids shampoo in the bathroom closet.

Located in a quiet, lovely, upscale neighborhood and close to many delicious restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, LakePoint Station, the silver comet trail, Kennesaw State College, Kennesaw Mountain and even the Smith-Gilbert Gardens (they have a beautiful butterfly house!)

**Please understand this is our primary residence and my husband and I work from home. There are 4 people, a puppy and cat that live upstairs; someone is always at home. You will hear footsteps, TV noise, throat clearing and dog barks at times. The pup goes potty in the backyard several times a day and she will occasionally bark, even as late as 1 am. She is only 9 pounds so her bark isn't super loud but, I want to make sure you are aware.
Also, remember this is a basement and therefore the temp is on the cooler side. There are extra blankets, a portable heater and even a box fan if you would like it even cooler!
There is no laundry facility or full kitchen. There is a microwave, coffee maker and small fridge only.
Lastly, please know we will do everything we can to be considerate of you during your stay and we are just a phone call, text, ring doorbell or door knock away from anything you may need.
