Small but perfectly formed ground floor, one bedroom flat just a stone throw away from North Berwick's High Street and sandy West Beach. This traditional red sandstone tenement flat has just been renovated, redecorated and newly furnished to a high standard, including new kitchen, bathroom and floors. Centrally located in the heart of bustling North Berwick, the flat has everything you need to escape and relax.

Our lovely small and cosy 1 bedroom flat has just been renovated (June 2020) and redecorated to the highest standard. Neutral decoration and new oak floors throughout, the flat consists of: a hallway with space to hang coats and shoes; a brand new fitted modern kitchen with new oven, hob and integrated fridge freezer; a generous living room with sash windows looking out to Market Place (just across from Costa Coffee) with three-seater sofa, smart TV, Wifi, and small dining table and chairs; a fully tiled and newly fitted bathroom with walk in shower, sink with vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail; a double bedroom with new double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and double glazed window that looks out into the tranquil shared garden.

All areas of the flat are accessible. There are 6 flats within the tenement and there is a shared access door to the tenement from the street. Due to the Covid-19 situation, guests will be required to check in using keys that are accessed from a key box at the entrance to the building.

We are committed to the highest standards of cleaning. In addition to the usual changeover cleaning we are:
*wearing PPE when cleaning the property before your stay
* washing all laundry (including mattress and pillow protectors at 60 deg C)
* using antibacterial spray that kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses (including Covid-19) on all touch points in the property
*spraying all soft furnishings with specially purposed fabric spray that kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses
*allowing ample time for a deep clean between guests and ensuring the flat is well ventilated when we do so

We would normally leave books and games etc for guests but have taken the decision to remove these items for now in a bid to reduce the number of touch points in the property. We will also provide hand sanitiser, cleaning products, anti-bacterial wipes and plenty of soap for guests use.
