Enjoy an open floor plan without losing the quaint, cozy, family atmosphere. Featuring new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, soaring cathedral ceilings, temperature-controlled rooms, oversized decking & 75ft of frontage. Rental includes 2 kayak, 2 paddle boards, 1 boat space. Min stay Jun 15-August 30 2021 is 7 nights. Sat check in & out.

Interior: All new electric, plumbing, roofline, ceiling, lighting, kitchen, bathroom, and floors. All interior and exterior walls are freshly painted. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware, utensils, plates, etc.
Outdoor: Extra-large deck & dock, extra space to dock a boat, fire pit, kayaks, propane grill. (There is a 17 foot motorboat in a lift on the premises. Host family may use boat in lift and may, on occasion, come down to quickly drive our boat with an understanding of your need for privacy. Boat may be rented for your exclusive use. Boat is not owned by owner nor Vacatella. It can only be rented by going to the Boatsetter.com website. Plug in Keuka Lake as location and see listing for “17 foot runabout”. Finger Lakes Sunsets, LLC is more just than vacation housing – it's part of the Keuka Village Road neighborhood. We have selected this location due to the walking distance proximity to these fine establishments, The Switzerland Inn, Keg & Barrel Bar, Ravines Winery and a short 2-mile drive or bike ride to McGregor, Domaine Leseurre, and Weis Vineyards wineries. In total, Keuka lake is host to 20 wineries and offer some outstanding wines. There are also several outstanding microbreweries in the area such as Steuben Brewing Co, The Brewery of Broken Dreams, Abandon Brewery, Finger Lakes Beer Co., and Keuka Brewing Co. There is a boating museum and the Glen Curtis museum in Hammondsport and are well worth the visit and will give visitors a better sense of the history of the area. If you are an avid bike rider, the area has some excellent backroads biking and you can even bike around the lake.
