Yelapa is a vacationer’s hideaway that can only be reached by boat. Today it remains an escape from the norm and an opportunity for authentic adventure travel to a naturally beautiful Mexican village. Most famous for its waterfalls and beach the cobblestone paths, jungle fauna, and quaint restaurants and stores further add to Yelapa's charm.

MiraMar is located on the village side of Yelapa. Casa Estrella del Mar is a one bedroom house with stairs to the ocean and beach immediately below. People who stay say it's a steal for the price. This house is a destination perfect for adventure travelers who are looking to experience Yelapa in accommodations which are fully enclosed. Centrally located the house is a 10min walk to the main beach or a 5min walk to town. All our accommodations are houses complete with kitchen, bathroom, dining table, bed, closet space, and patio with furniture.

There is a queen bed and a futon couch which folds down into a double bed in this house. Please let us know if your party is more than 2 people. We offer fully enclosed, comfortable accommodations here. And the views at our places are really hard to beat.

We also provide fast and reliable wifi.

This is an incredible place. Rustic, charming, picturesque, full of friendly people and brimming with life. We are so happy living here! Our houses are on the town side and are about 5 min from most of the popular restaurants and about 10min from the main beach.

My husband and I decided to settle down in Yelapa. Today we own and manage MiraMar Casas, Excursions, and Events. We LOVE it here and we love to TRAVEL too. Our motto would have to be "we get to"--- no complaining. We have two kiddos, our daughter Kayden and our son Tristan. What a special childhood they are experiencing. We are thankful!

Fernando was born in Yelapa and Kendra grew up on a farm in Kansas. We met while working in California and decided to start our adventure in Mexico. Together we open up our homes and introduce people to the magic of Yelapa.

Kendra currently works planning events and responding to all the emails while Fernando does the majority of greeting and checking in with guests and leads top rated adventures with MiraMar Excursions. Check out his Trip Advisor Reviews.
