Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

This building will be undergoing carpet replacement in the common hallways Monday - Friday from September 7 to mid-October, 2022. Expect some construction noise, dust, and/or odors in the hallways during the day, as well as minor inconvenience while walking through the hallways.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Parking notes: There is paid parking for vehicles. Underground paid parking is available on site, accessible via Blackcomb Way after check-in. Parking accessed with the code provided at check-in which will open the parking gate. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $20 per 24 hours (including tax). Parking can be purchased via the self service machine in the lobby (does not accept debit cards.) There is limited hourly paid parking outside the gate for day visitors. There is no vehicle maximum.

Maximum parking clearance is 6'8'. If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2' and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
