You will have a studio unit of our duplex all to yourself. It has a specious area furnished with a queen bed, a smart TV, and a dining table, next to the open kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, and a coffee maker.
The house is equipped with a window air conditioning/heating unit. There are plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows available. There is also a small refrigerator, and washer and dryer.
The house has a ramp and make it accessible for wheelchair, also parking for one car.

Our home about a 13 minute drive to the fairgrounds where Jazzfest is held. Bus stop to get to the St Charles street car or Jazzfest Fairgrounds is one block away.

I, Tim, am an engineer but I work for myself as an online marketer. I love to travel and explore the world, but since covid I was not able to do that.
I am also a host and do that as a side gig. I am glad that I can still have guests during this pandemic.
As a host, I can’t control everything. However, I would aim to be the most responsive host on Airbnb and make sure my guests have a lovely experience. My wife, Kaelyn and I just had a baby and she stays at home with the baby instead of her normal teaching job. She helps with the Airbnb as well. We appreciate your business and support.
