The apartment
A spacious open-plan living area with double sofa bed and window overlooking Eastgate St below. Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Large tiled bathroom with great rainfall shower, supplied with Malin & Goetz toiletries. Large master bedroom with open ornamental fireplace.

The Building
A Georgian townhouse forming part of the city’s historic ‘Chester Rows’ and accessed from the upper level, the property sits directly between the Debenhams department store on Eastgate and the Cathedral. This is the epicentre of Chester and the perfect location from which to sample its many restaurants, bars and attractions.

Parking
Grosvenor Shopping Centre car park has an exit straight on to Eastgate Street, right opposite the apartment, for £10 per day. There are other alternatives, for £5 per day, including the Watergate Street car park, located opposite Chester racecourse, just 8 mins walk to the apartment.
