The property was designed with the highest standards of cleanliness and safety and is ideal for both business and leisure travelers who want a more comfortable, relaxing and personalized hospitality experience compared to a traditional hotel.

All units were designed with comfort and style in mind, and include hot water, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs.

Each studio has one queen bed and a maximum capacity of two people, and the two-bedroom apartments have two queen beds and a maximum capacity of four people.

Both types of units have open kitchens and a laptop-friendly workspace.

Cali River Suites is located in the Centenario neighborhood, one of the premium hotel districts of Cali. Guests will be within walking distance of the best restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport, the Centenario shopping center, etc.

Access to transportation is easy, and options include metered yellow cabs (you won't have to worry about being overcharged), platforms like WayCali, DIDI, and buses.

Daily cleaning and laundry services are NOT included, however, they can be hired for an additional value at least one day in advance.

The establishment does not have parking. Public street parking is available, however we recommend using the secure parking lot located a block and a half away.

Our commitment is based on taking care of you through rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures specially designed for each of our properties.
You can be assured that we have maintained strict standards to provide you with a comfortable and hygienic space, prioritizing quality and biosecurity.

VAT (Exemption from tourist tax):
Colombian citizens and local residents must pay a VAT rate of 19% (value added tax / VAT). Tax is not included in our displayed rates and will be charged on or before arrival. Foreigners are exempt from this tax and eligible tourists can simply present a passport with an entry stamp dated within the last 180 days to avoid the fee.

Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of USD 10 or COP 40,000 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

During your visit, you’ll live like a local in the most popular neighborhoods and be close to the very best nightlife, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Each of our units comes with contemporary furnishings, modern appliances, and high-speed WiFi, and select units feature laundry facilities, balconies, and more. Plus we have a local guest service team that is dedicated to doing everything possible to make sure your stay exceeds expectations.

These are some of my recommendations of things to do while in Cali:

Go for a beer on Boulevard del Río on a Friday afternoon, a place where you can enjoy salsa and the ambiance of a local spot that welcomes you with the pacific breeze.

Please do not miss a dinner with “The Magician” at Teatro Mágico del Sabor in San Antonio Neighborhood. Here it’s not only about the food, but the entertainment experience of the greatest comedians in town.

Nightlife is very extensive as the culture in Cali, but my best suggestion for salsa is “La Topa Tolondra” where you can dance and experience the rhythm of salsa as a Local (with free salsa classes on Monday night), and Espacio (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) for those who are looking for something more crossover and underground.
