Well-located cottage with modern decor and large, bright conservatory. Walking distance to both sea and beach as well as Løkken center. The cottage was built in 1977, modernized and newly furnished in 2014. There is a living room / kitchen in open connection, conservatory, two bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating. The decor is with light furniture in Danish design and the well-known Danish cottage style. The large windows in the living room ensure good light, so the living area is inviting and bright. For cheap heating there is an air / air heat pump. There is a large open terrace to the south and west. There is a patio. The plot is an open natural plot.
