This charming townhouse of 45m2 will be ideal for a vacation by the sea! Close to the ramparts, you will find all the necessary comfort for 2 people (1 Queen size bed available). - The entrance to the accommodation is on the ground floor, but the living rooms are on the 1st floor accessible by stairs.
- The accommodation is located in a lively area.

You’ll appreciate my place for its central location, its brightness and its careful decoration.

The house can accommodate 2 people and consists of 2 floors.

The apartment is located in the center of Saint-Malo.

Come and discover the pearl of Brittany! It is the ideal destination for a change of scenery. You will be able to take advantage of many beaches where you can relax, especially the beach of Sillon which is at 2 minutes walking distance, unusual landscapes to admire from the ramparts but also shops, restaurants and famous creperies where you can enjoy your meals.

You will be near a Carrefour Market, open 7 days a week, 100 meters from the accommodation, as well as a pharmacy and a bank.

- The Grand Aquarium of Saint-Malo.
- The Museum the Terre-Neuvas.
- The House of Corsair.
- The Saint-Vincent Cathedral of Saint-Malo.
- The Museum of history of the city.
