Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Great location on offers lots of parking in front of the house and two first come first serve driveway spaces. Convenient to Irving Convention Center, TX 183, I-30, Bush Turnpike, and I-35E. Exactly 15 minutes from both DFW Airport & Love Field. The common areas, kitchen, eat-in area and family room are open concept and recently updated. The private bedroom, shared bathroom and living areas are for guests only.

I am a very attentive host who pays attention to every detail and wants to ensure every guest has an excellent stay and feels included. Race, racial identity, age, career choice or lack thereof, color, ethnicity, sex, family status, heritage, national origin, religion, sexual orientation or lack thereof, gender identity or lack thereof, marital status, and political affiliation are celebrated at each of my properties. I communicate in a very direct manner via phone, which some people find off-putting. Sending messages avoids the potential for hurt feelings. My primary goal is to be as non-controversial as possible.

I take my Airbnb business very seriously and try my best to run a very tight ship. I welcome any suggestions and treat all guests with the utmost respect and professionalism, and in return I expect the same treatment of myself and my cleaning staff.

Note: 99.9% of the bad reviews I've received, regardless of what the guest may say, were a result of the guest either not following simple rules that resulted in headaches for either myself, my cleaning staff, or other guests, doing drugs in the listing, or being involved in domestic violence in the listing. When these things happen, I'm not very understanding and will bounce the person/people out ASAP. If you give me the honor of booking with me, you will have a great experience if you behave and follow the rules.
