A unique loft located above a barn garage. Nestled in nature with trees and birds all around. This loft is located in a private beach community. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks. We are located in a very safe neighborhood. Renovated space has high ceilings with windows that are on 3 sides. You will find hardwood floors throughout. The bathroom has a tub/shower with tiled floors and a skylight to let in natural light. Bikes and kayaks are available for your use.

The space is one big open room with a sofa, table with chairs for work or dining plus a queen bed divided by a auto pole room divider. Kitchenette with 2 burners, small refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. The bathroom has a full tub.

This is my third year renting my cottage which is located next to my house. It was fun turning this cottage into an oasis. I enjoy sharing this special place to all who visit. I close it down in the winter months and reopen mid April 2018. I grew up in a small town in Illinois. We lived at the edge of town across from a cornfield. Have lived in Milwaukee, WI and Dallas TX before moving to CT back in 1988. I work in the fashion industry which is both creative and fun. My favorite latest read.
