DOWNTOWN LIVING! Experience our quaint home a very short walking distance from everything downtown Las Cruces has to offer. This home was built in the early 1900s and provides you with a large front covered porch sitting area, comforting vegetation inside and out. Within the home you will find a lovely living area, full kitchen, and half bath downstairs. ALL BEDROOMS are located upstairs. Parking for two vehicles in the front of the home. TV comes equipped with Netflix, Disney+, and fast WIFI

This home is an old lady :) It was built in 1938, first floor was built with Adobe. Please be delicate with her original wooden floors upstairs, lighting fixtures, doors, stairs and closets. Updated floors in the lower level. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, small dishwasher, pots, plates, keurig and microwave. Please remember ALL bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs may be a little on the steep side for those with knee, hip or balance issues. If you are looking for something different this little casita is full of charm and character. Our casita is two minute walking distance from district court, downtown farmers market, and city hall. Downtown restaurants, brewery, bookstore, museum, spa, yoga and coffee are a short walk as well. Old mesilla is 3.3 miles away. White sands national park is 52 miles away. NMSU is 3 miles away. Please checkout my guidebook for more local recommendations.

If you are staying at our downtown casita you will be staying at our unique Adobe charming casita! this little casita gave me the opportunity to put my own touch in every single room, being able to work around its original charm was a unique experience. I’m absolutely in love with our old lady (casita ) and I want to share her original charm and character with everyone that can appreciate her as much as we do. A peaceful home feeling in the heart of the old downtown district.

If you are staying at our Vista Montaña property you will enjoy the spacious homey house and the mountains views from our dinning area window. This was home for our little family for 10 years it holds a special place in my heart. I love the concept of this house it worked perfectly for our family. The neighborhood is surrounded by wonderful neighbors and a lovely park. Really easy access to white sands and Aguirre springs.
