Maranay Tulum is a condominium located between the area of La Veleta and Holistika. It is ideal for those who enjoy being in the surroundings and thus avoid the noise and traffic of the town center. But at the same time, everything is just a few minutes away:

✔ It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get to the downtown
✔ It takes 14 minutes by car to get to the beach
✔ You have restaurants, bars and grocery stores within walking distance (10 minutes walking and a little less by car)

It is a fairly growing area, so it is normal to see buildings under construction in the vicinity. FORTUNATELY there are no constructions adjoining us.

Also take into account that the streets are not yet paved around us. If you see the positive side of things, the jungle is still something that surrounds us.
