This roomy home in Agate Bay is in a great location between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. A large deck, plenty of space, and a hot tub! Please note that Agate Bay Homeowner's Association no longer allows renters to use the amenities.
Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
From the entryway step into the main level and the open, airy living, dining, kitchen area with soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows. The seating area offers a 37 inch TV with expanded channels including HBO surrounded by a comfortable sectional which also faces the floor to ceiling, rock faced fireplace. The dining table will seat 6-8 people with additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is efficient, extremely well equipped and features updated appliances. Also, on this level there are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a full bath with tub/shower and the laundry area.

A sliding glass door opens from the living area onto a large deck at the front of the house with table and chairs for you to enjoy in the summer months.

Upstairs from the main level is a bedroom with 4 single beds and a full bath with tub/shower and downstairs there is a new master bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower and access to the outside.

The hot tub is on its own deck at the back of the house - easily accessible all year.
This home is in a very central location close to all the fun Tahoe has to offer!

This home does NOT have air conditioning.

Although 80% of our properties are pet-friendly - this is NOT a pet-friendly property. Please be respectful of this. We do not consider service animals pets. If you bring a dog, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.

Other things to note
Rent and cleaning fees are taxable as required by law. AirBNB does not provide a line item for tax, and thus tax has been included in the advertised nightly rate, and included in the advertised cleaning fee. The Nightly Rental amount also includes the cost of purchasing our non-refundable Damage Waiver.
