The house is close to family-friendly beaches, superb surfing for all levels, and cliff-top walks. A 10-minute walk to Arrifana beach and restaurants. Hiking trails start at your doorstep.
You’ll love the house because of the amazing sea views and indoor/outdoor flow, the coziness, and the fantastic location! A private balcony, BBQ, fireplace, a cozy mezzanine and plenty of space. There's a communal swimming pool, and secure parking! Great for couples and families with kids.

The house is divided in two levels - both with a terrace: the main living area on the top floor and the bottom floor with bedrooms and main bathroom.

The house is arranged as follows:
Top Floor: Main house entrance. Living/Dining area and kitchen. Mezzanine chill-out floor with double mattress. Sofa bed with double pull-out mattress. Guest toilet and basin. Wood burning fireplace. Top floor balcony with BBQ and amazing views of the ocean.

Lower floor: master bedroom opening to another terrace with hammock for relaxing, yoga, etc providing great views. Master bathroom with bathtub and shower. Second quiet bedroom, so you can enjoy upstairs while kids / others are asleep downstairs.

It is a tranquil neighborhood in a national park. Yet, only a 10- min walk from restaurants, a small supermarket.
The main attractions here are the world-class beaches sheltered from too much wind, great waves for surfers of all levels, a spectacular national park at your doorstep and a selection of restaurants with local and international cuisine nearby.

My girlfriend and I love travelling, being outdoors, surfing, hiking, biking and we enjoy regional, healthy food. We split our time mainly between Berlin, South-West Portugal, and Switzerland - enjoying the best part of each region.

There is a shared communal pool (not fenced) which guests can use at their leisure and a small pool for babies and small children. We also have shared roof top terraces which can be enjoyed by guests as well.

There are music speakers to plug into an ipod/iphone/computer.
There is WIFI internet throughout the apartment and balconies.
The house is equipped with a large TV that connects to the WIFI - you can stream anything you are watching on your phone or laptop to the TV. There is a selection of books in various languages.

The house has one main bathroom with shower and bath, so is perfectly suited for a family group or two couples. The bathroom upstairs has a toilet and basin only. The house is fully licensed as a holiday rental with local authorities for a maximum capacity of 6 people.

As the apartment is within a condominium we expect guests to be considerate with the noise they make, music volume and to be respectful of the neighbors.
