The rooms are stylish with a view, set in a beautiful stone & timber house, looking over the flats of Boambee Creek. A small farm setting where the horses, sheep, cows, chickens, turkeys & ducks graze & swim.
BUT YET only a short drive to Sawtell's beautiful beaches, cafe's, rock-pool & headland.
Towards Coffs Harbour, the international Sports Grounds, University, Hospital, Airport & race course.
South, cultural Bellingen, Urunga boardwalk, Promised Land swim holes & the Dorrigo waterfalls.

The space is in roof living with dormer windows, roomy & quaint, the bathroom is large with a federation toilet & basin, the bath is a replica crows foot with a telephone style shower & taps, the lights are chandeliers & a big window with a country view.

The neighbourhood is kind of a country feel in a spacious rural/ residential setting, it is green & lush, with beautiful gardens, trees, mountains, creeks & water ways which host an abundant bird life.

I have lived & worked in this beautiful part of the world for over 20 years, I love the feel of open spaces, the beaches, farms, rainforests & the river systems along the North Coast, which are great for lazy boating & have many charming towns & villages along their river banks. There is much of nature to see here, climate is good, the air is clean, it all sort of makes you want to stop & take a good deep breath!
When I have travelled, home or over seas I have preferred to stay in country cottages, old Pubs or villa's with something different to offer, away from life's main stream, perhaps that is why I am now offering my cottage. ENJOY YOUR STAY!
