As charming as the interior is - the exterior covered porch is most everyone's favorite hang out spot. It offers a comfortable lounging area, as well as granite bar top dining area and those stellar lake views! Bright & welcoming, clean & fresh - the Cottage is the ideal place for couples, friends and families to relax & recharge in style.

The Details: ~350 SF | updated interior | true waterfront | 1 bed/1 bath with walk in shower | twin sofa pullout in living area | granite kitchen, deep basin sink, full size 5 burner gas range w/ dual oven, full size microwave & fridge.

Ideal for couples, the Cottage is comfortable for 3 adults or a family of 3. The Cottage can accommodate a 4th person with an air mattress option in the living area, inquired if interested. For larger groups, or couples traveling together, we recommend inquiring about simultaneously booking our sister unit, "The Cabin" located on the same property. #glamplakeconroe

To add even more value to your stay, we have Kayaks & SUP's (w/ life jackets) available for use onsite! Guests who book 3+ nights get them included for FREE during their stay. Shorter stays can reserve them (1 of each, or 1 tandem kayak) for only $49/day. Please inquire at time of booking to check availability, as they are very popular. For the sportsman, the fishing is excellent, and guests with boats/trailers are welcome provided space is available. Please inquire at time of booking to ensure space is available and parking can be arranged.

With over 120 linear feet of waterfront, our guests never feel crowded. Guests love the fishing & swimming dock and the expansive bulkhead with sweeping lawn - these common areas are shared by all guests and offer unparalleled lake views. There is a pergola cover over the dock’s dining table for shade and convenient steps by the kayak rack that lead in the water. Bring your cornhole, mega jenga or beach paddle ball set - all are welcome to enjoy these common areas spaces.

FYI - We are located on a scenic & serene spot on Lake Conroe's north shore, where nature takes center stage and the fishing is great. Get up at dawn and watch the wildlife from the dock - or venture out with a kayak to get up close views of our diverse wildlife. Our quiet, residential area offers dark skies at night, which means fabulous stargazing. Our neighborhood is located in a quiet residential area with outstanding lake views. This is a private residential property with 4 guest sites on 1.7 acres. You'll have plenty of room & privacy for a truly memorable stay.

Grocery Stores, Shopping Outlets, and Entertainment/Movies are a short drive away, with smaller local convenience stores and smaller restaurants nearby. Nearby stores include Kroger Grocery Store, Ace Hardware, Tractor Supply, Academy Sporting Goods, Walgreens, Walmart..

I grew up in New England, working in Energy I eventually found myself in Houston, Texas, over five years ago! I am very outgoing & adventurous, love to travel, thus why I am here on AirBNB.

So in 2011 & again I 2014 I gave hosting a shot so I can meet more people traveling like myself & instantly was hooked! Over 2 years of amazing memories of sharing time with guests from around the world and now 5 years of managing other properties. From helping with a marriage proposal, surprise birthday party with fireworks, countless meals shared along with laughter, sunrises & nightcaps with sunsets. Now, through some fantastic friends, I have the fortune to manage a portfolio of properties in and around Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Fairfield Bay, Arkansas & Playa Del Carmen Mexico.
