ON THE GUADALUPE RIVER! 2 Pools, 4 Hot tubs! The pool in the large park is heated in the winter months. Huge park with large trees, and a balcony overlooking one of the pool areas. Complex is down the street from Schlitterbahn, and just minutes from downtown New Braunfels or historic Gruene. Nestled on a quiet part of the river, and right by where the Comal and Guadalupe merge to make either river convenient!

2 bed, 2 bath, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sofa pull out sleeper . We keep the unit stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and have the essentials: Iron, hair dryer, first aid, fire extinguisher. Unit on second floor and is not far from the elevator! We will make sure you have access to our best recommendations for things to do, where to go, bars, restaurants, etc

This complex couldn't be in a better location, you are right down the street from schlitterbahn, and just minutes from downtown and gruene. You can be at any New Braunfels destination in 5-10 minutes.
