Experience a relaxing stay on Isle of Palms in a wonderful, oceanfront setting at this well-appointed condo with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. You need only stroll across the parking lot to reach the sandy beach, the community swimming pool, and the only fishing pier on the island!

As you step inside this top-floor condo, you'll be greeted by Mexican tile throughout, an upgraded bathroom, fresh cabinetry, and central air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year long. The condo's floor plan makes excellent use of its square footage, with the sleeping quarters - a bedroom with a sleigh bed and a hallway bunk nook - near the entrance and the open living space offering views of the ocean. The kitchen is compact but well-appointed with every necessary appliance and a three-person peninsula breakfast bar, while the adjoining living room features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony.

The heart of historic downtown Charleston is just 13 miles west as well.
