Perched atop a quaint hill, this house recently celebrated its diamond jubilee(yes 75 years!). It is a traditional Himachali refurbished with modern interiors, still having the essence of archaic life.

- If you love mountain getaways in a self managed property
- You are a fan of unreal sunsets
- You travel with backpacks, or ok taking your suitcases up the mountain(we'll help you if latter)!

L-ispazju
It's a gated property with a big patio overlooking the Bir town (separated by a stream) to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain view.
The house comprises a master bedroom and a study/kids room with an en-suite bath, which has a hot water facility. Both rooms offer stunning sunset window views. The house is equipped with an indoor common/family space with Bukhari (a wood stove fireplace), opening up to a ready-to-cook-in kitchen with a drinking mineral water supply. Yes, mineral water runs through all the taps of this home! This common space housing dining and kitchen is made out of stone and mud and is a century-old structure. We have renovated it with modern amenities and made it a comfortable space to cook, eat, work and chill! Be prepared to be amazed by the beauty of vernacular architecture!

This home is equipped with all sanitary needs to keep you calm when you are under pressure (shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, towels, etc). Bathrooms and kitchen are equipped with a hot water geyser, sanitizers, dish-washing soaps, and hand wash. The Kitchen has an array of complimentary items like tea, black coffee, basic items required for cooking, like salt, sugar, spices, and an LPG gas connection over a twin burner stove. Pots, pans, and other utensils are at your disposal. Just bring your preferred veggies and you are good to go. We do have some basic emergency packed items available at the property like Soup/Rice/Dal/Rajma. You can use the same and it'll be charged to you at a nominal market price.

The house is equipped with a powerful, secure wi-fi connection and 24hr power backup. The laundry facility is available with a 24hour turnaround time.

I worked in consulting sector for 7+ years before moving to my dream place. During this tenure, I travelled length and breadth of India, and few countries in depth.
