Positioned right in the heart of Isle of Palms, this 2nd-floor villa is located just steps from a private beach, private fishing pier, shopping, dining, and entertainment. With a breathtaking panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, this unit's private balcony also overlooks the community pool and beautiful natural dunes. Located just off the IOP Connector, making a trip to Mount Pleasant or Downtown Charleston is easy and stress free.

Decorated with relaxation and enjoyment in mind, this unit is one of the most economical vacation rentals available on the IOP and is perfect for a small family, a couple's getaway, or maybe just some much needed quiet time for yourself. Sleeping four comfortably, there is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, one built-in twin-like bed (24" x 72") in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Four (4) adults max.

Fully equipped kitchenette, with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, allows the flexibility to cook and dine in after a long day in the sun or out sightseeing Charleston. Plenty of room for storage in bedroom closet and on shelf in hallway. Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels provided for your convenience. Initial supply of toiletries and paper products such as shampoo, toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, and trash bags also included. Wall mounted, flat-screen TVs in living room and bedroom, air conditioning, free parking for one car, access to coin-operated laundry facility, access to private pier/beach/community pool all included.

The Sea Cabins complex offers FREE wireless internet. The password and login instructions will be provided upon arrival. As with any complex-wide internet, we cannot guarantee access, nor provide support for devices.

Contactless check-in/check-out with coded door lock. Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 11:00 am. Due to the cleaning process, early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless owner is contacted and approves.

Additional INFO & FAQs:
- Unit is 490 square feet, no more than 4 adults, or 3 adults and 2 young children.
- There are no elevators in the Sea Cabin complex, access to this 2nd floor unit is via stairs only - 24 steps.
- Pets are NOT permitted.
- NO Smoking in the unit AND NO Smoking on the balcony.

Harris Teeter grocery store and Island Liquors less than a 1/2 mile away. Located just off the IOP Connector, making a trip to Mount Pleasant or Downtown Charleston is easy and stress free. Safe, family friendly area.

Our family moved to the Charleston area in 2020 and have found the people here so welcoming and friendly. Between the beach, the harbor, and Downtown, along with county parks, water activities, festivals, markets, concerts, historic hotspots, scenic destinations, restaurants, etc., there is always something to do! What I think sets us apart from most other IOP vacation rentals is that our unit is locally owned, operated, and managed. Understanding that beach vacations are an 'investment' in your mind, body, and spirit, we are glad to provide you with a place to experience the hospitality of Charleston, SC and make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable time! Communication and cleanliness are top priorities as we know the importance of not only having a great place to escape to, but also a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place!
