This exquisite listing can house/sleep 20-25 guests. Beautiful large Pavillion separates the 2 homes with comfy patio seating for your entire group, Fire Pit, BBQ pit and light strands.

Extremely Safe area just a block away from St. Charles County Courthouse and Police Department and 2 blocks from Historic St. Charles Main Street. Both homes fully furnished with completely stocked kitchens.

Front Home: Beautifully decorated historic home with 3 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub. Front covered porch provides seating to enjoy this magnificent area. Smart TVs in all bedrooms along with ceiling fans and USB Ports for charging. Living Room comes with 3 chairs, bench seating and a queen sofa bed. Also, has enough room for a provided queen air mattress should you need it. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need to make a meal. Full dining room with seating for 6. Laundry room is located in the basement. All bedrooms and Bathroom are located upstairs. This is a historic home so please watch your head going up stairs and be careful walking up the winding stairs. Exit the back door to a large covered deck that provides seating for about 15 guests.

Back Home: The back home has a furnished patio with a tall bar seating area and an additional seating area on the patio. Home has a deck that wraps around the right side to the backyard area with grass and privacy. You will enter into the open living room with chairs and queen sofa bed, large smart TV and a dining or office area. Connects to the fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. There is also a backdoor accessed from the kitchen to the wrap around deck. Full bath with tub, laundry room and Master suite with a king bed set all on main level. Master suite also come with a mounted Smart TV, Large closet, ceiling fan, beautiful artwork and black out curtains. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom that offers 2 additional queen bed sets, large walk in closet, long dresser, mounted Smart TV and enough room to add an additional queen air mattress we provide. The kids nook is our favorite. Enter through a small door opening that is decorated and comes with kids toys, books and a twin air mattress.

Pavillion: The Pavillion is what sets this property apart from any others. Enough seating for all of your guests that surrounds the propane fire pit. Sparking light strands above make this the perfect night gathering spot. BBQ pit also included.

2 blocks or about a 5 minute walk to the infamous Saint Charles Main Street. No need for a car. Walking distance to gas stations, coffee shops, a variety of restaurants and the best shopping around.

Board games, Cards, books are all provided. Smart TV's in every Bedroom and Living rooms in both homes.

Breathtaking and a genuinely unique experience of Main Street USA living. So many walking their pet, jogging or taking a leisurely evening walk. Mailman walks home to home and the neighbors so friendly. Hungry? Take a 5 min walk to several options or have your food delivered to you.

Katy Trail and Missouri River front right down the street to hike or bike. Water park, fishing, kayaking, movies, shopping, casino and much more all within 5 minutes away.

Hello and thank you so much for your interest in our property. We are Mark and Mandi and own Suite Lodging. Married since 2012 and both have lived in this area all of our lives. We love to travel, hang out with friends and family and are very active with our 4 amazing kiddos and their schooling and sports.

We enjoy nice dinners with friends at the incredible restaurants around the area. Mark's favorite is the Filet Mignon while Mandi loves the pasta. If you have a favorite, let us know and we can recommend a couple options we think you will love.

We are so proud with our properties and are truly willing to go above and beyond to ensure your best stay possible. It is our passion and something we work so hard to provide. We partner with many local businesses to offer a private chef, cooking lessons, catering, masseuses that can come to the home, airport pickups and drop-off, mobile bartender, and other concierge services.
