It is also only a football's throw from our must visit award-winning public library. We encourage you to make the most of our perfect proximity!

Across the street from Andrews Park with a walking path, concrete skatepark, seasonal splash pad and amphitheater, Park Avenue Studio is perfectly positioned within walking distance to Legacy Trail, the best shops & eateries of Downtown Norman and Campus Corner, the University, and Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. It is also only a football's throw from our award-winning public library!

The Studio has been completely renovated while maintaining the historic charm inherent to the original kitchen's craftsman cabinetry and the wood-burning stove. The space features a queen-sized bed, full kitchen, and a luxury bathroom with radiant flooring and roomy shower.

The house is perfect for lone travelers and couples, but can accommodate up to three guests with the foldout twin sleeper chair in the living area.

The outdoor space—from covered porch and deck, to the rustic round picnic table and firepit—is shaded by a mature pecan tree and feels secluded.

Additional amenities include a new gas stove, efficient mini-split heat & air, tankless water heater, stacked washer/dryer, small LCD TV, and keypad entry.

The neighborhood adjacent to Andrews Park is the intersection of Norman's Old Silk Stocking Neighborhood and the Original Town Site. The area covers some of Norman's oldest homes, dating back to the 1890s. In addition to having a splash pad, picnic pavilions, and an amphitheater, Andrews Park hosts many annual events including the final night of Jazz in June and Groovefest.

We are a creative and quirky couple and have called Central Norman home together since 2001. We LOVE to travel across the country with Bacca Rosa, our vivacious Corgi mix, and Chaplain, our goofy Bully blend, visiting friends and family as we go just as much as we LOVE to host them when they breeze through town.

Actually, that is how Mar'i's Place came to be. Adam is the oldest of seven (at last count we have 20 niecephews) and Kam dreamt of a guest house framily would WANT to visit—a delightful experience for all stages of life where the best memories would be made. Since September 2017, we've been continually improving every aspect of Mar'i's Place to achieve that goal. We invite you to come experience Norman through our eyes; we bet you'll want to linger a little longer . . .

Things we treasure include: Stimulating Conversations, Laughter, Joy Bubbles, Art, Music, Sunshine, and Fabulous Dining Experiences (when it comes to food, we enjoy all kinds!).
