This retro-style studio apartment has its own entrance and private garden perfect for a cosy evening. The space is thoughtfully arranged with a wood burning stove, and has a clean full size kitchen & modern bathroom. Central to Brighton's iconic beach and a stone's throw from the bustle of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Owned by two locals, the apartment is perfectly positioned for those wishing to experience the vibrant culture of the city, as well as those seeking a more relaxed break.

The spacious, retro-inspired décor and high ceilings create a relaxed ambience just perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring. Three Georgian sash windows flood the apartment with natural light, creating a bright and airy space. The double bed with king size duvet is unbelievably comfy and we use 100% cotton bedding that is always freshly washed and ironed for a hotel feel. It folds away to optimise the entertainment space if needed, although there is ample room with the bed set up for the dining table and living room area.

A comfortable single bed can be added for those visiting with three guests.
The space is suitable for couples, friends and also perfectly suitable for one person.

With a relaxing view onto the garden, the bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated fridge (including ice compartment), a dishwasher (with tablets provided) and a washing machine (tablets also provided). A modern hob, toaster and microwave oven are also available, as well as all crockery, cutlery, glassware and essentials for cooking up a home-cooked meal.

PRIVATE GARDEN:

Thanks to contemporary fencing and a striking eucalyptus tree, the sunny garden is private and concealed. A basket with cosy outdoor blankets, pillows and romantic lanterns are also provided for those warm balmy evenings.

BATHROOM:

A modern bathroom with a powerful electric shower awaits, just perfect for warming up after a blowy day by the sea!

TRANSPORT AND COMMUTER LINKS:

The apartment is a short walk from Brighton and Hove stations, London Victoria, Kings Cross and London Bridge can all be reached in just over an hour. A dedicated workspace can be organised in the main room for long-stay guests. For short stay guests, the dining table can be used as a workspace.
