We are very proud of the Apple Avenue Retreat... being an older cabin we remind our guests that these older cabins, although filled with charm, do show their age in many ways. If tentative guests are used to very strong water pressure, and cookie cutter layouts, we would likely not be a good fit. However, for those looking to take a nostalgic step back in time, I am sure we would fit the bill. Perfect for those seeking a mountain view with all the comforts of home and an ideal outdoor space for their furry friend! Our cabin is also walking distance to the village where you can shop around, grab a meal, or even drinks!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas grill, fire-pit, fenced yard, outdoor furniture.

KITCHEN: Well-equipped, cooking basics & spices, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, breakfast bar.

INDOOR LIVING: Central A/C, smart flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, desk area, open floor plan

GENERAL: Towels, linens, basic toiletries, hair dryer, pack-n-play upon request

PARKING: Park in front of main house, do not block the garage parking
(2 vehicles maximum).

PET POLICY: Apple Ave Retreat is pet friendly for 2 pets maximum. We ask guests to pay a $50 pet cleaning fee at reservation. Any additional pets will be considered for an additional $25/pet. Dogs must be crate trained for when the owner is away from the property. Guests MUST notify us prior to their arrival if they are bringing a pet & the breed/size.

I am a wife, mom, grandma, former teacher, and Girl Scout leader who fell into property management and am loving it! I have managed vacation rentals for over ten years now and love helping make memorable vacations for our guests. My team includes my retired enginerd husband (retirement is VERY busy for him!), our daughters Candace (Law Enforcement officer) and Kelsey (RN), our grandkids Colson ( (Hidden by Airbnb) poster) and Cadence (product sales), and my former 4th grade student Caitlynn who is now young lady majoring in Hospitality at Cal Poly Pomona. Our 7 and 4 year old granddaughters are test pilots giving me their input on sand boxes, swing sets, play houses, toys, etc. at various cabins.
My folks were immigrants from Sweden and Argentina and you will see that flavor come through in the decorating of some of the cabins I manage. Customer service is extremely important to us and we make every effort to accommodate our guests and go above and beyond what guests are used to. I personally love recommendations from locals when visiting some place new, so I give lots of recommendations to my guests.
