The apartment is situated in one of St Andrews premier locations. Just a few minutes walk to the town centre, with its wide range of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. The property is also very well placed for the 6 golf courses in the town, including the Old Course, also just a few minutes walk away.

Whilst this is advertised for the 2021 season as a 2 x bedroom apartment, it is in reality a 3 x double bedroom, 3 x bathroom property, each bedroom having its own bathroom (2 are en-suite).

The third bedroom is currently being used to store some of the owner's furniture whilst building work is undertaken at their other property in the town. For the 2022 season this 3rd bedroom will be available and will be furnished to the same high standard as the others, including a zip & link superking bed / 2 x single beds.

The main bedroom is furnished with a superking-sized bed, blackout blinds and has fully opening bi-fold doors onto a south-facing balcony, which is furnished with a glass-topped bistro-style table and 2 reclining chairs. The room also benefits from full en-suite facilities, including bath, shower, WC and sink. (For the 2022 season, the bed will be replaced with a zip & link superking bed which can be split into 2 x single beds if required)

The second bedroom enjoys the flexibility of a superking zip & link bed, which can be split into 2 x singles if preferred. The room has a blackout blind and an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower, WC and sink.

The property is spacious and comfortable, with underfloor heating and comes equipped with a luxury fitted kitchen with built-in dishwasher, fridge-freezer, halogen hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee-maker (with complimentary pods) and electric oven. A separate utility room has a washer-drier.

Luxury towels and linens are provided throughout.
