This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is perfectly located and has room for up to 8 guests.

If you are planning on going to a beach, both coasts, the Atlantic, as well as the Gulf can be visited within an hour drive.
In case you catch a rainy day or if you are a shopping enthusiast, there are outlet malls as well as the Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia in close proximity.
Our fully air-conditioned house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms, a private pool and game room (in the garage). We also have 2 bikes which are available for complimentary use.
The 4 bedrooms are equipped with 2 Queen sized beds (one bedroom will be upgraded to a Kind sized bed soon) and 2 rooms with Twin beds.
The master bed room offers a safe which may be used free of charge (however, a deposit applies). All bath rooms have hair driers available.
In our kitchen you will find everything you need: dishes, utensils, cups, pots and pans, a crockpot. The oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink have been replaced and adjusted to new standards.
All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat TVs.
The pool deck is screened to protect it from bugs and it offers a roofed seating area. Pool heating is available against an additional charge. The deck also offers a grill that may be used complimentary by our guests for a carefree barbecue after an exhausting vacation day.
It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable.

Diese wunderschöne 4 Schlafzimmer Villa ist perfekt gelegen und für 8 Personen geeignet.
Die Entfernung zu Disney World beträgt nur 10 Minuten und Universal Studios erreichen Sie in circa 20 Minuten. In circa 5 Minuten Entfernung können sie den Lake Lousia State Park besuchen. Hier stehen zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten zur Verfügung.
Einen Publix Supermarkt erreichen Sie in circa einer Meile, einen 24 Stunden Walmart in circa 3 Meilen.
Drogerie, Ärztliche Versorgung, Tankstellen und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Sollten Sie einen Strandbesuch planen, so kann innerhalb 1 Stunde entweder die Ost- oder die Westküste besucht werden.
Auch für einkaufsbegeisterte Sind Outlet Malls Oder die Florida Mall, beziehungsweise Mall at Millennia nicht weit entfernt – somit sind auch die Regentage perfekt abgedeckt.
Unser vollklimatisiertes Haus besteht aus vier Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern. Ein privater Pool sowie ein Gameroom – dieser befindet sich in der Garage – runden den perfekten Urlaub ab. Außerdem haben wir zwei Fahrräder, welche kostenfrei genutzt werden können.
Die vier Schlafzimmer Sind ausgestattet mit zwei Queensize Betten (Upgrade auf ein Kingsize Bett ist geplant) und zwei Räume mit Twin Betten.
Im Masterbedroom befindet sich ein Safe, welcher kostenfrei (lediglich eine Kaution ist fällig) genutzt werden kann.
Alle Badezimmer sind mit einem Föhn ausgestattet.
In unserer Küche finden Sie alles was Sie brauchen: Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe, Crockpot. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sind erneuert worden und auch die Spüle haben wir dem neuen Standard angepasst.
Alle Räume verfügen über Deckenventilatoren und Flat TV’s.
Der Poolbereich ist mit einem Mückenschutz versehen und bietet einen überdachten Sitzbereich. Die Poolheizung kann gegen eine Gebühr dazu gebucht werden. Hier steht unseren Gästen auch kostenfrei ein Grill zur Verfügung für ein unbeschwertes BBQ nach einem anstrengenden Urlaubstag.
