Make your way into your private loft where you are greeted with beautiful interiors, high-end finishes and a modern open-plan design with an emphasis on comfort. The main living space offers plush designer sofas with elegant accent chairs that surround the large wall mounted TV with access to standard cable to keep everyone entertained.

Situated just a half-hour from the Gregorio Luperón International Airport, and less than an hour from the Puerto Plata entertainment district, this is the ideal spot for an incredible vacation adventure. This luxury resort is less than 30 min from Sosua beach for local shopping and restaurants. There are also multiple restaurants and nightlife within walking distance along the beach of the resort.

Hey, I'm Doug Roylance.

I currently live in Utah and love the diversity of the Mountains as well as the colorful desert scenery. Moab and Lake Powell are two of my favorite destinations. Utah is home to many national parks that offer great variety and majestic beauty. I've spent most of my life living in Utah while exploring all the Rocky Mountain region has to offer.

I love being a grandpa of two wonderful grandchildren. They are one of the best things in life. Of course, I must have children in order to have grandchildren. I'm lucky to have three fantastic kids and their spouses that keep me grounded.

My wife, Kim, and I love to explore all corners of the earth. Kim always tells me that I "Like to see what is beyond the next hill or around the next bend in the road". I feel like I'm still in my 20's, but my age of 55 brings me back to reality and life continues to march on. Together, Kim and I are living our best life as we travel the globe. Our experiences, having visited so many countries around the world, can help you in your travels.

My hobbies involve the outdoors and travel. I love to put on the backpack and experience the quiet beauty of nature or ascend a rugged mountain. I also love to take my Jeep or UTV/side-by-side and tackle a challenging off-road trail. What lies beneath the surface of the ocean is fascinating to me as I scuba dive the reefs around the world. Winter activities of snow skiing and snowmobiling are also a favorite. The adventure and challenge of each outdoor experience breathes life into my soul.
