TheSimpleStudio sits on a corner lot with easy access to major roadways in our City to get anywhere you need. It works great for cooking and a movie night in (full kitchen pots / pans / cookware) or as a home-base for your COMO (Columbia, MO) adventuring or the working professional traveling through.

For the professional, we have laundry and the capability to host longer-term stays for traveling nurses, tech, insurance, and other traveling professions.

For relatives visiting students, we are close to downtown without the hustle and bustle.

For travelers, we sit right off of I-70 and Business Loop for easy travel access with a neighborhood feel.

1 large memory foam queen size bed and a comfy leather couch / air mattress for visiting guests in the living room.

As hosts, we find tremendous joy in serving others. Hospitality is one of our love languages as a family. We intentionally created our Airbnb’s within our local neighborhood. The goal: using proceeds to create jobs, support local transitional housing work, and international community development.

As guests, we love to travel and thoroughly enjoy the personal, eclectic, and adventurous experiences we’ve come to find all over the world via airbnb.
