The neighborhood is lively, diverse, and urban. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Allentown- one of Buffalo’s nightlife centers. 5 points has great spots for breakfast, coffee, or brunch and is a 10 min walk. 15 minute walk to Elmwood where you can grab a coffee and do some shopping. 25 minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride.

The neighborhood is highlighted on Buffalo’s Garden Walk and is pocketed with small businesses and is brimming with historic architecture.

The house is located near D’youville college and is an easy distance to Broderick Park and LaSalle Park where you can hang out by the waterfront.

Just a short 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls.
