“ KIA ~ ORA” and welcome to my “ ViTaMin SeA” beach house in Riverton . Nothing says summer like staying at a beach house architectural designed with a little touch of retro .
I would love to share my “2021” project which I’ll substantially , eco friendly with lots of LOVE & PASSION created .
Enjoy your morning coffee on the beach side deck & your evening outdoor space on the Southside deck
300 m walking distance to the beach, Taramea store,the play ground and the beach house cafe.

The beach house has a warm feel & great lay out with 2 double rooms on one side, an en- suite double room and loft on the other side. The open plan living & entertaining space with a big kitchen island is perfect for families or groups .
The loft space is an awesome “ chill out space “ for kids or even to sleep and watching the stars.
The loft offers beach views & fantastic sun rises .The house was designed for light & ocean views so theirs no blinds in the lounge area .
All other bedrooms have curtains for privacy . The property has a BBQ by the backyard . For hygiene reason I’ll advice guests to clean up their cooking / left overs / spills on the BBQ ( BBQ cleaning products provided ). Much appreciated.

A breeze of fresh ocean air or spotting dolphins in early hours is right at your doorstep with 300 m to the sandy beach.
A large statue of a surfer riding a wave greets visitors to Colac Bay / Oraka. A short drive from Riverton can easily make you staring for a day by the rocky coastline .
Another 20 min drive sightseeing trip to Gemstone beach is known for its constant state of change from sand to stones with storms and tides. Semi- precious gems such as garnet , jasper , quartz and nephrite can often be found on the beach .

KIA ORA - I am Peggy , a trained florist / author/ private taxi driver and “ Breakfast & Tiffany’s “ owner in Queenstown. I’ll travelled the world as a backpacker for over 4 years, explored unique places and created mine after all here in New Zealand to offer the same for all adventures people in the world. I was born in the East side Germany and left 2005 to discover the Australian Outback were I was working & living with indigenous people, learnt the difficulty in life and absolutely loved it.
After backpacking & living a long time in the desert I thought to live by the lake to create a lifestyle I've ever dreamed of and with having 2 beautiful children, life's seems perfect at all.
I love hosting and sharing stories & how life can change being away in a far away country .
New Zealand is certainly the place to be.
