This upstairs maisonette, situated in an elevated position, with views over the town, is only a five minute walk from the centre and a short walk from the river and harbour. It offers bright, spacious rooms. It also has a small porch/cloakroom. It benefits from gas central heating. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, full cooker, dishes etc. Bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. There is a large garden with seating.

The rooms are all spacious, and the property faces South giving lots of light. The bedrooms are both doubles, with ample storage for clothes etc. The kitchen is fully fitted with a small table with two chairs and two stools. The lounge has two sofas, a coffee table, and side tables along with a smart TV. The shower room is modern.

The neighbourhood, though very central, is very quiet. There is a hotel just along the street, which serves good food. Wetherspoons which is in Market square is less than five minutes away down a pedestrian path just opposite the block.
