The casita is a stylish converted garage (attached to the primary residence) that lives like a spacious NYC loft. It boasts a full kitchenette and bathroom with walk-in shower. Soak in the Arizona vibe of warm tones and mixed materials. Perfect for singles, couples or small families. Close to ASU, spring training, hikes & Scottsdale.

The CopperCasita 5 is designed using the 5 C's of Arizona (Copper, Cotton, Cattle, Citrus & Climate)

Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom casita is a charming converted garage attached to the primary residence with its own private entrance. At ~500sq ft. our casita is spacious enough to include an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, pub style dining area, lounge, wardrobe, and workspace. The kitchenette is well equipped for ease of cooking.

The home is nestled in Optimist Park neighborhood in sunny Tempe Arizona! It's an established Family-oriented neighborhood a short distance away from major Freeways, ASU, hiking trails, golf courses, the airport and Scottsdale.

Walking distance to:
*Biking Paths: El Paseo is a 1 mile very nicely landscaped paved walking/running/biking path running right through the neighborhood. The Western Canal Trail is 10+ miles and great for walks and biking
*Park: Nice neighborhood park with a playground, picnic tables, grills, and plenty of open space to play.
* Little Free Libraries where you might find a book to curl up with once you get back to the house.
*There are 3 grocery stores close by (including Trader Joe's).
* Changing Hands Bookstore, a couple boutique shops, nail salons & more.

Whatever you need, you won't have to go far. If you like to hike, South Mountain Park is a nearby mountain preserve, with beautiful hikes.

Our home has convenient freeway access making valley attractions easily accessible. We are 10 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport, 4.5 miles from ASU, within 20 minutes of 5 Cactus League Spring Training ballparks (Sloan Park, Tempe Diablo Stadium, Scottsdale Stadium, HoHoKam Stadium and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick), 12 miles from the Phoenix Zoo and Papago Park, 6 miles from downtown Tempe and Mill Avenue nightlife, 12 miles from Old Town Scottsdale.

Your space is 100% private but we live on-site and would love to meet you! If your prefer privacy that works too! Happy to share travel stories, or pass on our favorite Arizona restaurants, hikes and coffeeshops with you.

Please note we live in the main house and there is some minimal noise transfer to the guest suite. Our house is very quiet between the hours of 8pm and 7am.

We are a family with young energetic kids that you may see playing out front from time to time
