I am offering one bedroom for single occupancy in my 2 bedroom apartment for airbnb guest .
I live in same apartment with my partner ans 2 Persian cats ( both cats are friendly and non harmful )

My place is in wadgaonsheri centrally located for people looking for place around Kalyani nagar , Viman nagar , Kharadi , Magarpatta , koregaon park and airport.

I would like to mention below points before you book the place :

1) I am offering a bedroom for single occupancy in my 2 bedroom apartment where I live .

2) I have 2 Persian cats; who are quite and friendly and mostly will not go to guest bedroom unless the guest is pet friendly and wants them to come inside

3) washroom is outside of the bedroom and dedicated only for airbnb guest
4) room has a study /work table with office chair

5) Wi-Fi speed is good for work from home

6) cooking is not allowed in kitchen , however making tea /coffee or heating up food can be done ( microwave is available)

7) living room is shared space with me and guest has access to living room , TV (Netflix , OTT) and balcony .

8) laundry is available at extra cost of ₹50 per lot ( maximum 6kg load )

9) iron is available on request ans ironing shop is available in next block .

10) food can be availed at extra cost breakfast ₹100 and lunch /dinner ₹150 per meal.
