This loft with private bathroom has everything you need to feel right at home! Ideal for travel nurses!! The space is an upstairs loft/bedroom located within the home. Access is through a door which locks from the inside as well as outside for privacy then a set of stairs. It has a new comfy double bed, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a 43" TV with streaming services and wi-fi. There is a walking trail surrounding a neighborhood pond, as well as a community pool.

The home is a cape style with 2300 sq. ft. in an extremely safe and convenient suburban neighborhood. There are many stores and restaurants just around the corner, and downtown Greensboro is only 15 minutes away and Winston-Salem 30 minutes away. Parking is in a designated spot in our driveway where you will always have access. I reside in the home with my husband, and we have a small dog and a cat. The dog is very friendly, and the cat will be afraid of you.

I have lived in Greensboro since 2011 and enjoy all this area has to offer from mountains to the shore. Greensboro is centrally located in the state with many parks, outdoor activities, dining, and history. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I am available personally in the afternoons and evenings during the week and on weekends if you need anything. During my job hours which vary, my co-host and daughter, Julie will be available by phone. My husband, Jeff, is retired so he is usually around the house or running errands. Feel free to ask for assistance from him also if there is anything you need. There is a small, friendly dog in the house but will not be allowed in your space. His name is "Teddy." There is also an indoor/outdoor cat, Chloe who is usually afraid of strangers and will hide from you. Our pets are not allowed in the loft area. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
