The La Vida Loca Manor Villa is a newly built, well-designed, fully furnished villa, keeping in mind your comfort. The Villa is in a secured gated complex of multiple Twin Villas. Ample natural light and gentle breeze will lull you into calmness during the day and at night. In case, you prefer cooler temperatures then you can utilize the air-conditioners installed in every rooms of the villa including the living room. An inverter is installed to take care of basic needs in case of a power failure.
The villa has 3 levels - Ground level, First Level and Second Level.
Ground level:
The ground floor has a beautiful private outdoor waterfall pool and deck area with outdoor furniture for relaxation. This space is the perfect way to spend your evening in La Vida Loca Manor Villa. Beautiful lighting, cool breeze, soothing music, wonderful company, and seating for up to 10 guests. You can enjoy sitting around our small yet beautiful garden with a swing at the entrance and partake in a plethora of games.
Exclusive parking inside the Villa compound is available which can easily accommodate up to 2 cars.
The ground floor consists of an Air - Conditioned living room with a 41 inch Smart TV and comfortable Sofas, Dining table, Powder washroom, one bedroom with attached washroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, water purifier, induction plate (cooking range / burners are not provided) with basic utensils, tea kettle & toaster. Kitchenette is also equipped with crockery & cutlery (plates, spoons, forks, butter knife, serving bowls, microwave proof bowls etc.)
We also have games such as: darts, carrom, chess, Jhenga, playing cards, badminton rackets etc. which are readily available.
First Level:
We have two Air - Conditioned bedrooms with attached washrooms and Balconies on the First Level. One of room is a master bedroom with a luxurious washroom and another one is a spacious room with an attached washroom.
Second Level:
The second level opens into the terrace with views of the mountains on one side and highway on the other.
Our endeavor has always been to help our guests make cherished memories at the Villa. Some ways we ensure that our guests are looked after:
1. During the stay the guests are provided with star quality bath amenities (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, comb etc.) and crystal white linens (bedsheets, towels, hand towels, bathmats, duvets etc.)
2.The place is equipped with an inverter which provides a back-up of 5 hours with a light and fan working in each room of the Villa.
3. The Villa is secured with CCTV cameras only in the exteriors.
4. Villa is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi with good coverage in all its areas.
5. Exclusive parking allotted for guests at the Villa –2 parking slots
6. Housekeeping: A private housekeeping associate will be available from 9AM to 9PM to look after all housekeeping requirements. In addition, Front Office executive / HK Executive can be reached on call for any unresolved issues. Their numbers are available on display inside the villa. Of course you may always reach us on Airbnb messages in case of any unresolved issues.
7. All our washrooms are equipped with boiler geysers with a capacity of 20 liters and take about 15 mins to supply warm / hot water. We request our guests to be calm and patient as it is not an Instant geyser.
8. The pricing up to 6 guests remain the same. Above 6 guests, the per person pricing is INR 600 per person plus taxes. The guests are hence requested to select the exact no. of guests while making the reservation on Airbnb.
If required, guests above 6 in nos. will be provided with a comfortable floor mattress, fresh linen, quilt, pillow, and fresh towel. The Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Please note that we are centrally located with almost all reputed restaurants of Lonavala nearby like Ramakrishna, German Bakery, Picadore, Brocolli, Diamond, Mulaqat, Mc. Donalds, Dominos etc. In case you wish to order from the nearby restaurants you may call them and place your orders or you may also order via Swiggy /Zomato in case !!
