The FAB house is beautifully designed and finished 5 bedroom detached property, set over 3 floors, 15 mins from CENTRAL Bath and 20 mins from CENTRAL Bristol.

Fancy the idea of exploring Bath or Bristol but without the headache of a central stay? parking, congestion charges and noise to name a few!? Or fancy a chilled break with friends and family, including the four legged variety, where you have local shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, award winning farm shops, country walks and an 18 hole golf course on your doorstep?

Or how about both? The fab house is a 3 min walk to the Bath Road, the main connection between Bath and Bristol. You can catch a bus every 20 minutes to Bath or Bristol, Keynsham town centre is a 5 min drive with rail routes to main line stations. Park and rides are a short drive and of course, an Uber is one click away.

However, once you arrive at The Fab house, you may just want to stay put! - amazing indoor and outdoor entertaining space to enjoy with family or friends.

We bought the The FAB house (my daughter's initials!) back in 2017, when it hadn't been lived in for over 12 years. It has been a massive renovation project to bring it back to life, and we would love to share with you everything it now has to offer. It is truly an amazing space for socialising and entertaining with friends and family, ultimately making wonderful new memories!

You couldn't ask for a better location in Saltford with it's local amenities and country walks. The location is definitely a 'two for the price of one' experience when it comes to a city break; if you turn right onto the Bath Road you are in central Bristol in 20 minutes and if you turn left you are in central Bath in 15 minutes.

Am passionate about design and quality, which I hope will add up to a 5 STAR experience at The Fab House for all our guests.
