Welcome to your so cal dream vacation! Just 15 minutes down the freeway from Disneyland and VERY close to several beach communities (Dana Point, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, just to name a few). This house is set up for friend groups or families traveling together. Everyone will find their own personal space on site to hang out, almost always with a view! The back yard is equipped with a pool, firepit, and BBQ. Inside you will find a cozy den, living room, 2 dining areas and 4 large bedrooms.

This property has such a great set up for groups big or small. It is perfect for intergenerational families or extended families traveling together.
As you enter on the main level you are greeted by lush landscaping and a completely walled in grassy front yard (perfect for small kids!).
The main level has a living room with gas fireplace, AMAZING views of the mountains and hilly neighborhoods of south mission viejo, a laptop friendly workspace, Dining for 9, and an additional dining space for 6 off the kitchen. There is an oversized leather sofa that can sleep 1 if the home is at max capacity. There is enough indoor dining even for the max capacity without having to send anyone outside or to the couch or desk to eat. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, a convection ready microwave, an induction stove that boils water ultra fast, A large kitchenaid freezer/frdige side by side, kitchenaid dishwasher, and oversized stainless steel sink. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with a blender, beater/mixer, large bowels, strainer, a 20 qt soup pan for those big group dinners, several other sizes of pots and pans, a small steamer pot, wine glasses, coffee cups, espresso cups, glasses, silverware for 20, cooking utencils/measuring cups/spoons, a coffee maker AND espresso machine. We keep coffee, creamer and teas stocked for our guests. We also provide salt, pepper, and olive oil, please bring your own spices if you have specific cooking needs.
Outside of this main level you will find a covered and shaded outdoor area equipped with a dining table. Additionally, there is comfy patio furniture in our outdoor flower and vegetable garden (Feel free to make an organic salad and eat some of them!) with a gas firepit for cooler nights. You will enjoy sweeping views from every part of the back yard. This yard also connects to the walled in front yard, so the kids can safely run back and forth all day!
Down a half flight of stairs from the main entry way on the Pool level you will find another cozy living room with a large sectional for comfy movie nights on the 55" high definition TV! The pieces of the sectional can be pushed around to make a queen sized sleeping space for 2. There is an armoire with 2 drawers for any non-bedroom sleepers and a place to hang clothes. In here you will also find pool towels, and blankets/sheets/pillows for any couch sleepers. There is a half bath off the lower living room as well as the "downstairs master" which has a cozy king bed with a poolside/mountain view and its own private full bathroom.
Back up the stairs and up another flight takes you to the top level where the remaining 3 bedrooms are. The main master has another cozy king bed, a 55" high def, wall mounted TV, and a very large, private bathroom with dual sinks and shower heads. The master probably has the best mountain views in the house. Another full bath is off the hallway with a spa jetted bath tub.
The next door over is a HUGE bedroom designed with kids in mind. It has a bunk bed and 2 twin beds, along with a bean bag chair, 55" wall mounted TV, and kids books and games.
The next large bedroom has 2 super comfortable queen beds and a relaxing vibe.
There is plenty of room to sleep multiple families or groups traveling together, yet still many private spots to get away from everyone or break into smaller groups. The kitchen area even has doors that can be closed if Adults are hanging out in there at night and want to not worry about waking anyone up.
The neighborhood is in the heart of mission viejo and you can even walk to the library, city hall, bowling alley, grocery store and TONS of Restaurants.
