You will not believe how spacious this newly built 450 sq. ft. tiny home feels!

The downstairs features a mud room, full bathroom with shower, cozy living room, and a master bedroom featuring a new queen bed. From the bedroom, you have access to a deck looking out on the large yard with a fire pit and babbling stream. Firewood is not provided. The deck features a 4-person dining table, gas grill, and an additional seating area.

The kitchen includes quartz countertops, large sink, retro-style refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and a small electric oven and stove. It is fully equipped with any utensils you may need.

The loft features another living space with a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. There is a twin bed with a twin trundle and access to a balcony with seating that overlooks the wooded area. The loft is accessed via a steep ladder and is not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues.

While this is a secluded mountain community, there are nearby neighbors that are visible. A community pond is located next to the property but is not usable for guests. Please be respectful of our neighbors!
