This is a private room in a shared home with my Fiancé and I and possibly another guest in the room next to your’s if booked on the same dates. Your room has 1 queen bed in the main part of the room & 1 futon in a small area separated by a curtain. In the same space as the futon there is a big desk and gaming chair. There’s a large closet in your room to! The bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining, front and backyard are all shared spaces.

My house sits in a corner lot right at a stop light. It’s a little on the small side but that just makes it cozy! There’s roughly 1000 sq ft. 3 bedrooms two baths. It’s your typical small family home. It has recently been updated and has tile that looks like wood throughout the entire house! The kitchen and dining area open up right into the living room. Open floor plan. The laundry room is they the back door otherwise you would have to walk thru my personal room to get to it. Out back there’s a large patio area with a table and chairs. There are also two hammocks and a hammock swing back there to! Super relaxing!

We are just down the street from Stetson College! It’s very beautiful to walk thru the college area and see the gardens! Also their security carts for the campus drive by every few hours keeping an eye on the area! Ask downtown deland is only 1.5 miles from here! So much fun to walk the strip during the day and visit all the local shops!

You basically have the the whole place to yourself, meaning you will have free roam of all common areas except the laundry room because it’s attached to my room. But even that I will allow guests to use during the day but you must walk around to the back door to access it. All guests guess the front door as there entrance and I always use the back door as mine so I only walk into that part of the house to get to the kitchen. You will have an area of the fridge and freezer for your items and also cabinet space for dry goods as well. You are more than welcome to cook and use any pots and pans, seasonings or cooking oil if I have it most likely you are welcome to it!
