Historically my home was used for actors as rest rooms in between takes in the next door film studios that existed in the 1940s/50s.
Anita Roddick the founder of Body Shop which began here in Brighton!would also visit her boyfriend at this address.

The room has a lockable door and is on the ground floor of my three storey house.
I’m very lucky living in a quiet oasis just 5-6 minutes away from Brighton Station, as are North Laine, the shops, restaurants and main venues and theatres. The Brighton Centre and i360 tower on the beachfront is just 10 minutes walk away. I can recommend quieter areas along the coast but may need a bus or bike to get to.
Buses regularly serving Seven Sisters, Worthing,Royal Tunbridge Wells,Lewes and countryside trips out of the city are only 5 minutes away.

Just under six minutes south of the sea you’ll be heading in the right direction on arrival.
Soo peaceful to return home to after exploring Brighton -. The oldest church St Nicholas in Brighton is two minutes away. If that doesn't appeal try the Evening Star pub 2 minutes in the other direction - which is a CAMRA real ale go to! Fantastic and rarely seen bird life choose this quiet back water Close to all places such as the cool and interesting North Laines, steeped in vintage goods.
Art galleries and hand crafted and unique finds will all be a feast for your eyes.
The Lanes (South) steeped in history. The bustling and vibrant Seafront, i360 tower, Pavilion, cinemas, Dome Theatre, Theatre Royal, gyms, parks and the station and buses of which some are open top for a bracing day out!
As one guest points out that the location is hard to beat-Having so many places to choose and that can be just for breakfast! So there's a chance to try a traditional English fry up or-perhaps canteen style for a great brunch - all is closeby - for all tastes and budgets.

Hi my name is Annette,
Originally from North London living the archetypal art student life during my time at Chelsea School of Art. On an educational trip to Brighton I fell in love with the City and decided to make it my home. I have raised two now grown up daughters who have flown the nest. Therefore the house shows signs of a life being lived.
I enjoy film theatre, eating out and my hobbies include singing in a choir.
However my main passion is dance including Ballet, Jazz and Salsa.
Have recently taken up tap dancing which is now proving quite challenging now I’m on to Suzie Q’s!
I am a friendly approachable person and I very much pride myself in going the extra mile to ensure my guests have a nice stay.

Brighton is an ever increasing vibrant city with fabulous shopping areas in the North Laines and Lanes - with the new addition of Hanningtons Lane.
Amazing restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets - you’ll be spoilt for choice - and of course the seaside which recently has been delightfully transformed.
Sites of natural beauty such as Seven Sisters and Sussex downs only an hour away.
Most guests left wishing they had spent longer in Brighton especially during summer - so you may like to consider a longer stay.
I have lived in Brighton for over 30 years so will be happy to help with any questions about the area regarding travel and places of interest and any recommendations for restaurants being a bit of a foodie myself.

I can recommend some fantastic places for brunch coffee breakfast. We are fortunate to have so many great restaurants all of which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and to suit every budget.
I am normally low key around my home but approachable enough.
I may have my own friends over from time to time or have my grown up daughters visiting.
It will usually be myself to greet you.
