Forget your worries in this spacious and serene river view cottage home located in Niagara Falls Ontario! Get the best of both worlds on your next trip by staying along the river yet being just a short drive to all of the attractions & everything the city has to offer! Our home can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably and has a great backyard, patio, BBQ grill, fire pit, dock on the river, and much more. Our home is fully equipped with everything you'll need to have a great & memorable stay!

Our Riverview home has a spacious entrance and seating area with lots of windows and natural light. From here you can either enter into the rest of the home or step outside onto our wooden deck. The wooden deck is set up with an outdoor patio set with umbrella, a gas BBQ grill, and string lights hung above. Below the wooden deck is a fire pit area with Muskoka chairs, and a large grassy backyard for guests to enjoy and play games outside.

The main level of our home has an open concept, kitchen, dining, and living area along with a sun room at the front of the home, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for preparing and cooking home made meals. Our dining table can seat up to 6 guests. The main floor living room is is set up with a large sectional couch, a Smart TV, and board games / books for guests to use. Enjoy river views from the entranceway, kitchen, dining room, sun room, and living room!

Down the hall on the main floor you'll find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, our primary bedroom with a king sized bed, and a second bedroom with 2 comfortable twin/single beds.

Downstairs on the lower level of the home we have the following:
- 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (twin sized)
- 4th bedroom with a single bed
- 5th bedroom with a double bed
- downstairs living room with Smart TV, children's foosball/ping pong table
- full bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity
- laundry room with washer, dryer, clothing rack, iron / ironing board

Out front of our cottage home we have a large grassy lawn across the street and private access to the river/waterfront. We have a picnic table and wooden dock on the river with seating and additional muskoka chairs. This is one of the best places to sit out, relax, watch the boats cruise by, etc.

Our cottage home is located on a quiet family oriented street of Niagara Falls, Ontario. We ask that guests please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. We provide free on-site parking in our driveway for guests. Our home is walking distance to Kingsbridge Park which has wonderful views of the Niagara River.

My partner, Ashley, and I run this account together. We live in Niagara with our two "children" (dogs) Tucker and Stella.
We are big travel enthusiasts and try to discover new places often- whether it's just a weekend away, or a multi-week international trip! We know what it's like to be travellers and to use Airbnb instead of hotels, so we try to be as accommodating as possible with our guests!
When we aren't travelling, we focus on our second biggest passion- real estate. We own and run multiple properties in the Niagara Region through this platform.
We are both very into fitness, sports, and our pups! We have grown up in Niagara so please don't hesitate to ask for recommendations!
